Insurance & Payment Policies

Madden Therapy Solutions, PLLC does not participate in or submit directly to insurance plans. We have made this decision so we are able to provide more customizable, concierge-level, expert therapy directly to the patient and family, based solely on the particular needs of the child and what is in his/her best therapeutic interest, as opposed to those benefits being determined by a third party. This allows us to develop a plan of care that is both in the best interest of the child and is feasible for the family.

Payment is requested at the time of service and may be made via cash, personal check, Venmo, or credit card. We do accept Care Credit. We are also a direct provider for the Family Empowerment Scholarship for students with Unique Abilities (formerly known as Gardiner) through Step Up for Students/EMA.

For those that have out-of-network coverage with their insurance, we do provide a receipt of service inclusive of all necessary codes/information should you wish to submit it, however we cannot guarantee reimbursement (we are able to provide this information ahead of time should you wish to call your carrier in order to understand what to expect as far as reimbursement). For those participating in an HSA/FSA plan, you are able to use those funds for direct payment or alternatively, you may use receipts for reimbursement from your HSA/FSA provider. Lastly, we are happy to assist with recommendations for local and national scholarships that may assist with the financial investment for therapy.
