How Personalized Pediatric Therapy is Changing Families' Lives

Who We Are at Madden Therapy Solutions

Parents deserve to be supported, not sidelined.

This is the simple but powerful belief that Kristina Madden started this practice with. With nearly two decades of experience in pediatric therapy including speech, feeding, and lactation support and more – Kristina built her career around meeting families where they are, listening deeply, and creating real, lasting progress for kids.

But what began as a one-woman mobile practice quickly became something bigger because families needed more of what Kristina offered: compassionate care, real connection, and personalized, whole-child support.

Today, Madden Therapy Solutions is a trusted team of highly trained therapists who share that same heart-led mission. Each member of our team brings expertise, empathy, and a genuine love for helping children grow and helping parents breathe easier.

Therapy should never feel clinical or cold. It should feel like a partnership—where your voice matters, your instincts are honored, and your child is cared for as the unique, beautiful human they are.

3-Step to Support Your Child and Family

Step 1

Schedule your free 15-minute consultation with a Madden Therapy licensed therapist.

We’ll listen, answer your questions, and guide you toward the best next steps—so you leave the call feeling informed and at ease.

Step 2

Schedule your in-person evaluation session.

At your in-person evaluation, we’ll assess your child’s strengths, challenges, and environment. If we’re a good fit, you’ll leave with a custom therapy plan. If not, we’ll refer you to someone who can help.

step 3

Start a therapy plan designed just for your family.

Our therapy is child-led, holistic, and tailored to fit your family’s life. Whether it’s speech, feeding, sensory, or emotional development, we’ll partner with you to make therapy empowering and progress clear.

Frequently Asked Questions

What ages do you work with?

We see children of all ages, from newborns needing lactation support to toddlers, preschoolers, and even older children needing speech or occupational therapy. Every child develops on their own timeline, and we’re here to support them (and you) at any stage.

What happens during the free consultation call?

You’ll speak directly with a licensed therapist. During the 15-minute call, we’ll listen to your concerns, answer your questions, and help you understand what next steps make the most sense for your child. Many parents say they feel relief just from being heard and often leave the call with helpful tips, even before starting therapy.

What if I’m not sure what kind of therapy my child needs?

That’s okay and actually, it’s very common. Whether you’re noticing speech delays, picky eating, sensory issues, or something else, our therapists will help identify the right path during your consultation and evaluation. We’ll never push you into services your child doesn’t need.

How do I know if my child really needs therapy or if they’ll just “grow out of it”?

Your instincts matter. Many of the moms we work with have been told to “just wait,” but their gut told them something was off. That intuition is often right. Our free guide, Does My Child Need Therapy?, can help you sort through the signs so you feel more confident taking the next step.

What kinds of conditions do you treat?

We commonly support children with:

Speech delays or articulation issues, Feeding challenges or picky eating, Sensory sensitivities, Oral ties (tongue, lip, or buccal), Occupational therapy needs (fine motor, transitions, etc.), Avoidant-Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID), Autism-related developmental needs, Apraxia of speech, and Lactation issues.

If your concern isn’t listed, still reach out we may still be able to help or connect you with someone who can.

What if I’ve had a bad experience at another therapy clinic?

You’re not alone. Many families come to us after feeling unheard or dismissed somewhere else. Our approach is different. We’re child-led, relationship-based, and rooted in compassion. Therapy should never feel cold or clinical, it should feel safe, supportive, and personal.

What if my spouse isn’t on board yet?

We hear this often. Many moms feel alone in the decision-making process, especially when a spouse or doctor says “they’ll grow out of it.” If you’re unsure how to move forward, download our free guide or book a free call. You don’t need full agreement to gather helpful information.

Do you take insurance?

We are a self-pay practice, but we make reimbursement easy. We’ll provide you with all the documentation (superbills) you need to submit claims to your insurance. We also support CareCredit and help families access scholarship programs when eligible.

What happens after the evaluation?

After your in-person evaluation, we’ll develop a personalized therapy plan based on your child’s strengths and needs. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll refer you to trusted providers who can help. You’ll never leave without a clear recommendation or direction.

What kind of results can I expect and how long will it take?

Every child is different. Some families see noticeable progress in just a few sessions. We’ll set measurable goals and give you tools to support progress at home. The more involved you are, the faster your child can grow. And we’ll be here every step of the way.
